• Upon Arrival: Signs and personalized menus on your table with your corporate name and logo
• For your Meeting: A speaker’s table for 2 to 6 speakers, a tailorable platform, reading desk, files, pens, flat and sparkling mineral waters, candy, ADLS Internet access
• Equipment: An electric screen, a video projector, a paperboard, microphones and complete sound system. You also have a suitcase in each meeting room with: IT cables, extension cords, multiple outlets, etc.
*We can also provide, upon request:
- A technician for project assistance - An interpreter's booth,
- A translator, A photographer - Services such as an orchestra, a magician, etc.
These services will be invoiced and will be the object of a price quote.
